Why South Africa?

What does an SDR actually do for us?
Prospecting, cold calls, cold email and LinkedIn outreach, and booking qualified meetings for your closers. SDRs don't close deals. A closer is an AE, and that's a different role.
How do reps get onto the bench?
Every rep has SaaS or tech sales experience, passes a written pre-screen, a live interview with our team and a recorded role-play sales call, and gets approved by a person before you see them.
What does "unlimited replacements" mean?
If a rep isn't working out, we find another at the same level, free, as often as needed, while we employ them and your account is paid up. Terms apply.
Can we hire them directly later?
Yes, talk to us. Hiring someone we introduced outside Meerkat within 12 months carries a $4,500 conversion fee.
